Mark Lightburn
Mark is an established specialist in the Customer Contact market, with over seven years' experience recruiting at a senior level for a market-leading international recruitment consultancy.
Mark's approach to recruitment consultancy is to work closely with both client and candidate to fully understand their business needs and career aspirations respectively, and to form lasting, long-term and trusted partnerships. This, together with his exceptional market knowledge, gives Mark the insight to deliver true consultancy and to add real value to the recruitment process for all parties.
Mark has significant experience recruiting key, senior personnel into some of the regions best known employers, with particular emphasis on large operations and the financial services sector. He also has a strong background in designing and facilitating tailored Assessment Services for both senior posts and volume campaigns.
Originally from Cumbria, Mark lives in Bristol with his wife and two young children. He has a keen love of the outdoors and particularly enjoys the coastlines of Pembrokeshire and Devon.
Mark currently heads up our Customer Contact Recruitment division, and continues to be involved in delivering bespoke Assessment Services & training.

On the 11th July 2008 Mark will be setting out to complete the "3 Peaks Challenge" in support of The Meningitis Trust - Approximately 26 miles of rugged mountain terrain, with 430 miles of driving in between spread over just 36 hours.
In 2007 the daughter of one of Mark's friends contracted and recovered from the illness and, as a result, Mark has joined a team of friends in raising vital funds to support the Trust and its work in the future.
