Originally from Yorkshire Mark began his recruitment career in the City of London, recruiting finance staff into investment banks for a leading consultancy. Following a move West he has spent the last 8 years at the forefront of developments in online recruitment, shaping and delivering a wide range of intelligence-lead candidate attraction solutions to clients both large and small. His expertise in technical product development, media performance & metrics and advertising creative & design - together with his recruitment background - enables him to deliver the right solution to deliver real success to clients whatever their recruitment challenge.
Having spent the last 4 years in a key client-facing role with a global leader in recruitment Mark now spearheads our Consultancy Services. He provides clients with strategic insight into the recruitment market and specific help to enable them to develop and implement cutting-edge, robust and efficient in-house recruitment services... delivering real cost benefits, streamlining processes and improving the quality of recruitment decisions.
Mark lives with his partner and two young children near Bath.
